Amex promotion: "Calm" app free trial year

I'm not generally one to use a lot of apps, let alone pay for apps, but my sister suggested this and I had been thinking of trying it.

So this was a very welcome email.

I'm not sure if this is for personal Platinums only, also Business Platinums, or other cards too.

Not just for Platinum.

I got it on Delta Reserve as well a 2-month free trial to obé fitness.  Strangely I did not receive it on any other cards (yet).

Long time ago, I bought a CD with alleged calming sounds of water (because 250 rainy days in PNW is not enough).

It worked great first 5 min, then I had to go potty, because water sound.

Got it in an email today on my Amex ED, so even on no annual fee card.

But since I want to get more tense and angry ("It's a Wednesday again!  Can you believe it?  Every week a [expletive deleted] Wednesday comes along.   So [stronger expletive deleted] predictable") I will also pass.

Was it in an email for you, months ago? Or in the "Amex Offers & Benefits" section?

I saw nothing about it looking through my AO&B a few days ago.

I received offers on all 3 of my Amex cards and have been using the app. I know it's not for everyone, but for me the guided meditations are great!
