I had a pre-paid back in 99 I think it was but my father had opened the Optima and I ran that until the Blue was first released in 2000 I believe maybe even 99... it took almost 6 months I think to get it, it was really one of the first revolving HEAVILY Advertised Cards and Im not sure anything was automatically computer handled for approvals so they were just so flooded with apps... it was worth the wait they gave me my highest at the time of $5900.
