I see that now. That's not what I asked the rep though - had I known moving CL from the new card to the 123 would have required a HP, I would have done exactly what you said.
Find a local branch of Bank of America and go make your payment? do not incur overthelimit or any other fees? calling them back for waivers is just tedious. not worth waiting on.
give them your card, and tell them you want to make a payment.

The rep said that I wouldn't be charged any over limit fees. It's moot now since I moved some of the CL from the new BBR card to my 123 card (now PC'd BBR).
