Re: Another Sears MC offer

Hey AJC has citi contacted you yet about PC’ing your Sears MC to another citi card since Sears just filed for BK?
I guess now would be a good time to use that card on financing some crazy liquidation deals at Sears eh?! Smiley Happy

Re: Another Sears MC offer

Sears may emerge as a much smaller company. Lampert is going out as Chief Excrement Officer, but may manage to snag a few of the better stores in restucturing. However, there is no clear restucturing plan in place, so it could be a long time.

That said, as long as you're earning Citi-provided cash or TYs or whatever (not Sears points or gift cards), it sounds like a decent card.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

Not sure about anything Citi related but will hold on to card until i hear anything official in a letter. If they close it, just one less to worry aboutSmiley Wink

Don't even get me started on that guy and all the Money he's bilked from the Company!

And now he wants to use those ill gotten gains to snag some cheap property. lol

Reminds me of the whole housing scam from several years back!
