So DW is still looking for a 0 BT fee CC and was checking Barclays out of curiosity to see what they offer. Noticed that Ring is no longer available.

Yep, these days Barclays only seems to be issuing cobranded products, not their "own" cards, which isn't unheard of (i.e. Comenity, Synchrony, etc). It seems to be the direction Barclay is going at least for now.
