Any banks that look the other way with old collections?

I was wondering if there any any banks that will consider doing a trade line if I have 2 old collections from 2007 (CapitalOne and BoA, both paid off.

I currently have a CapitalOne rewards card with $500 limit, and a couple store cards totaling $2400.

My fico is 665. I tried the freedom and delta gold both denied due to those 2 charge offs.

Is there any banks that will consider me with those still on there or should I look into a secured card? I'm trying to expand my credit lines.

If you can be a full member of USAA; or NFCU; or any other online CU or bank. They usually treat their members well, and are, overall, generous.
