I plan on using my Citi prestige and wanted to make sure it is classified as travel/airline and not travel agency. Big diference in TYPs acquired

Is it going to make a difference? Meaning, do you have another card in mind that will give you better than 1 TY point if it codes as Agent?
If not, then you may earn the higher rate, but at least get the 1 TY point on the spend, as the worst case, right?

It's the difference between getting 1 TYP per dollar vs. 4 TYPs per dollar (I'm currently under a promotion thru Citi). The standard TYP per dollar spent on travel is 3.
