One of the things on my want list is a "just in case" low interest rate card. I like USAA so, among others, I'm looking at their Rate Advantage card. It has a range of APR's with the low at 6.9%. Anybody have this one? And, if so, what starting line and APR did you get?
I don't have USAA cards, but I did pick up the FNBO 6.25% APR, 1.5% cash back card.
If your are interested, you would have to apply in the next 2 days though. Just select 'nebraska' as your state then when the application form comes up, fill that out properly with your correct state.
FNBO is famous for rejecting people that have a lot of inquiries in the past year.
I'm 99% certain that an app with FNBO would result in rejection.

FNBO has apparently extended their deadline for applying for the 6.25% FNBO Amex card to 6/17/2015, based on their latest, updated website info.

HEH, now they tell us. My scores and inquiries would have looked better between June 11th and 13th. ah well, I was accepted anyways.

FNBO will also close your newly-account FNBO account if they see additional inquiries pop up after their approval.
@I like keeping a low-rate card around. I have an older version of the Interval International Platinum Plus Visa that is @ 5.99% APR. I don't use it much, but it's nice to have a low-rate option.

Thanks for sharing. Very nice low APR CC, but do you know why we need to set the state as ''nebraska?

For some FNBO cards, they try to limit it to their geographic area. On the initial landing page, whe you select your state, if you're not within their footprint, they pop up a screen stating that they're not offering cards in your area. On the actual application, you can still fill in your correct address whether you're in their banking area or not.
It's not uncommon for regional banks to attempt to limit where they will issue credit cards. TD Bank and PNC are a couple that come to mind. TD Bank used to go a step further and only issue cards if you also had a checking account or other banking relationship with them.
My wife does but we mainly got it for her to get her to 3 cards and for utilization padding. She's a one card type of person. $16K and 7.9% but that really doesn't mean much unless your credit is sufficiently similar to hers.
I have a usaa card that's at 9.99%. Never use it though
