I'm not a member but, do have accounts with Intouch and they have some of the best rates in town. They have this work / live within x amount of miles of a branch but, they don't seem to really care about it. I initially signed up and got an auto and CC with them. 5 digit limit and 7.75% fixed. Don' t recall what my scores were at the time but, probably high 600 to low 700.

I just switched to a local bank though for checking as Consumers CU out of IL is dropping their rates at the beginning of July by 1% and Coppermark is @ 4% on checking w/ no fees / minimum. Just need Direct Deposit / 16 debits / e-statements to get 4% on your 1st 25K in the account. That's $800/yr in interest you can reap! http://www.coppermarkbank.com
