The first time I requested a cli with VS I had to speak to someone. They just verified my address, I had just moved. So maybe they just need some basic info from you?
Ohhh, you know...I did just move this month. I updated my addy but perhaps they wish to hear from me...
Don't feel bad about Snychrony, they don't love me neither.
