Just wanted to update that I sent a email to the CEO of BOFA and had a response the next day. After reviewing for two days they agreed to removed one of the charge off's off of my CR then other one will roll off my credit in two years. Thanks for all of the great information, if it wasn't for your responses I would of never sent a GW letter in the first place.

I got my BCE card in the mail today!! More importantly I got my FICO score from experian and I am shocked. 759! I had no idea it had went up that much. Thank you again for everyone here and all the great advice.
