Ok I am getting ready to apply for capital One cc. I went to whogavemecredit.com and I noticed some people were denied because of their bankruptcy. Also, all my credit cards are near their limits do you think I will get denied because of these?
I have a card and has had it since 2004 filed Ch 7 06/2003--started out with a 300 limit now have a 1500 limit about 19 percent interest rate---so wouldnt think the bankruptcy alone will get you declined
If you have a BK and your utilization is high- I would not bother.
How high is your UTL?
