Delta Platinum. I have only heard good things about the Starwood Card. I wish AMEX would develop a relationship with Marriott as they are my hotel chain of choice 
I think your credit line (at least initially) would depend on your CR. Afterwards AMEX CL's tend to grow as your relationship with them remains healthy.
