Approved for BECU Visa Twice??

Apped for BECU VS and requested 7k. Was instantly approved. Went to sign e docs and it wouldnt load. Hit the back button and it processed another app and was instantly approved for another 7k. Anyone had a similar experience? Think it's 2 hard pulls?

This forum is world wide and unless it's about a creditor like Chase that servers the entire country... Not a lot of people know. I'm in WA myself, but I've never done that. Your best bet for a quick response is to call them and ask.
