My credit has been slowly improving over the past few years. Own a house with a convential fixed rate mortgage (at 5%), automobile lease, and now a new credit card (after resisting for so many years). Got into a little bit of trouble with them back in college, but certainly learned my lesson. Currently, the only cards I have are my Best Buy HSBC card ($2400 CL) and this new Cap1 ($500). I suppose it is a start!
