I just got approved for a Visa from my cu for 5,000 @ the rate of 13.75. What does everyone think of that rate? I am so happy this is my highest cl. They also just gave me a 26,000 auto loan and a 1,500 line of credit.

13.75% sounds good to me!  My lowest is 11.74, but the CL is only $2,000.
