I used to get 0 fee 0% mailers ALL the time, but they have been non-existent for months now.
This is the main feature I'm looking for in my next new trendlines.
Recently picked up Penfed PCR after reading that their 0% BT offers are always available through the phone.
What other cards have this? Thanks.
You can contact Discover to see if there are any other offers available that may not be displayed online or via snail mail.
The last time I checked, they were available on both of my Discover accounts.
I've also received them from PenFed, Citi, FNBO, BoA, etc.

Can you confirm Penfed always has these available?
BoA has been pretty consistent for me too, with Citi I only get the Flex offer for purchases which is useless to me.
Dont have FNBO will look into it.
I got them two months ago, they been gone for me for over 18 months.
Don't need them, they are also pretty bad as far as BT offers go, but I feel slightly less like Discover's red-headed step child

PenFed, IME, has always had them since I became a member in 2015. They have offered them periodically amongst all products.

Curious why you think their BT offers are pretty bad, can it get better than $0 fee 0%?
Who do you use for BTs?
9 months with 5% is pretty bad.
5% fee with 4.99% is very bad.
If someone has a significant balance to transfer, 9 months probably won't cut it, so they will probably need to chase another BT in a very short amount of time. That's on top of 5% fee.
5% fee with 4.99 % apr under same circumstances would be a very costly option.
Of course, for those who are desperately needing them it's better than paying interest, but on a face value, these are somewhat losing propositions.
There are others who still get 3% fee one, and 4.99% without a fee, but that's not what they offered me.
If/when I need BT, I'll go CU route.

Agreed those are pretty trash.
Both of my cards have offers but they're not that great.

Well, my first discover card has different types of the offer than yours. My first discover card is giving me 5% BT Fee w/ 0% APR on 12 months and 0% BT Fee and 6.99% APR on 18 months; at the moment.
Second card is still too new.
