Hello.

Does your family member need the United card? One could possibly roll the United CL to the CSP and close the United. Then you would have $22k or so on the CSP. Just a thought.

For best results wen is best to ask for a Cli in the CSP at 6 months or it can be on the fifth months ?
Currently cl is $12,700 opend in aug FICO 741 18inq
Will the inq trigger something Bad wen asking for the Cli ?

If you see the link in your account page for the CLI request and you don't mind the HP then fire away when you're ready. Nothing should occur when you ask for a CLI via a HP

The link is not available for everyone I think. If you don't see the link then you can call them to ask; you might be able to send a SM as well but not sure on that one

My DGF apped for the CFU a few months back and was declined due to new accounts (I added her to some of mine and that’s what pushed her over). She has the amazon prime visa along with a southwest card. Within a week of the CFU app that she was shot down on chase gave her a 2500 auto cli on the southwest. It’s my belief that if chase wanted to grant a cli on your friend’s CSP they would do so at this point. She could also be at the limit chase is comfortable with too at this point and time. There’s so many variables and would be hard to know without a lot more info.

It can result in two HPs based on a variety of reported DPs by the community. So, choose wisely if you or whomever in your circle of family/friends is electing to go for the CLI in the near horizon.
