I never thought this would happen! My Target Visa is now 18 months old and when I logged into my account this morning to make sure my statement cut yesterday, I was amazed to see my limit went from $3,000 to $4,500. I use the card every month, generally putting about $600 on it for grocereis and then PIF. I was really under the impression that Target would never raise the limit.
