That's usually how people get in touch with the Executive office with a big bank. It's how they reach Capital One's EO. This will get you in touch with them, for sure.

I've heard / read of people having success emailing the BoA CEO. No he doesn't answer himself, but it probably gets to a higher level CSR after being intercepted by a minion
I cold called the Executive Office i think i got the number here in the backdoor numbers thread. They were very responsive and we found a resolution. ![]()

No. That would be silly to expect that the CEO actually uses this e-mail. They have teams that pay attention to this type of thing.
