Is 15.24% a decent offer for APR? My others are like 23%. Ive been holding out for good offers.

It all depends on your scores. However, if your other cards are at 23% then I would say 15.24% is looking good. Is it a Visa Signature? The 15.24% just made me wonder.

You didn't say which card you are talking about, but 15.24% is the lowest they offer on many cards such as their Travel Rewards.

It says cash rewards. with a $200 bonus offer and balance transfer which my chase is running out and I have money on it still.

It only goes down as far as 13.24% interest on the cash rewards. So I'd say your offer is a pretty good one!
