Does it even ask you for the offer # if you cold app?
I have read a few posts that have said that if you take the number down and go back later and use it, they hard pull. SP is only if you take it there and then. I got my Spectrum about a month ago as a soft pull direct from the prequal. I had been doing the prequal for about 5 or 6 months before getting the card and it always offered all 3, but I didn't pull the triger until last month.
