BBRZ MC Love Button WORKED!

I didnt see any other threads on this for a few pages so figured I would share.

Out of habit I just occasionally check the love button on bbrz when Im paying it, usually expecting the "we are not accepting online cli requests" message but much to my surprise, I didnt get that this time. I was sent to a page asking my annual income, entered it, processed and BAM..$300 limit doubled to $600. This was a few days ago and it seems to have been a soft pull. I have no reporting of a hard on any cra yet and another credit forums has multiple people with similar success and no hard pull.

edit: This was the bbrz mc, not the store card.

300 dollar limit is probably the MC. I dont even see an option for me to request a CLI on my account.

I have the BBRZ MC as well.  With a lovely $500 limit since 7/2009.  Couple weeks ago the board was abuzz about the "luv button" and CLI's.  I logged into my account, no luv button.  I called the number on the card and requested an increase.  CSR didn't give me the whole" business decision to not allow increases" speech, asked me a few questions and said I'd be notified in 7-10 days.  I assumed it was a no.  When I finally got the letter, it just said they weren't doing increases at this time.  Huh?  Not a decline letter setting forth reasons why I was denied, just that they weren't giving out increases.  So who knows what's going on.

Just got an increase on the BB Store Card through HSBC $2,500 - $2,800

I just hit my love botton, and I'm going to have to wait three days to know whats up, according to the reply they emailed me.

How often should I request a CLI for my BBRZ card?  Every 6 months?

Instant CLI from $5400 to $7100.

Same here. I have had their mastercard since 2008 and always paid in full and on time. Corrent balance 0.

My limit is still $300. I probably asked for CLI about 3 times since 2008 but always denied. In their defense, my scores were at least 50 points less that they are now But I cannot see any love button anywhere when I log on. Maybe I need to reach above a certain threshold to have the luv button.
