BBVA Compass Clear Points Card?

I’m not really interested in points cards, but I have been getting tons of mailers for this card, all saying “Congratulations! You’re prequalified for this offer. Apply today!” 

What are the points worth for this card? What are the 3x and 2x category options?

Wow thanks! Perfect and concise answer. Exactly what I needed to know. Can the points be redeemed for statement credits? If each point is really worth a cent, that essentially means your 3x categories are getting 3% back and the 2x are getting 2%?

Yes, you can redeem for a statement credit. You're correct 3% and 2%. As you can see the categories are wide.
You choose what you want as 3% and 2% from the windows.
