BML doesn't really offer rewards other then promo rate and sometimes promo to use it at a store correct?

BML Business any different then the Personal One? Both don't report correct? Any Higher CL with Business?

You may only have 1 per Paypal account.   So you can have both if you have 2 Paypal accounts.

BML does not report.   They offer lots of deffered interest deals.

Paypal MC does report.
