BOA Visa Signature CL Reporting

Hey Guys,

I just recently passed the 5k threshold to qualify for the Visa Signature version by increasing my CL from 2k to 6k. My concern though is with Bank of America Cash Rewards Visa Signature card. I was reading that this version of the card is not reporting CL in the past. Has that been corrected now? Is BOA Cash Rewards Visa Signature now properly reporting CL on Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion?

Thanks in advance.

Re: BOA Visa Signature CL Reporting

Upon trying to do product change, CSR is still saying that CL will not report due to the ability to be able to charge above Credit Limit. I said I don't care about overcharging because I always pay in full.

so now I'm confused.

Wow, you went from 2k to 15k in one shot? I really wanted to request 10k, but I thought it would have put up flags.

I actually posted my whole conversation with BOA last month.

I went 2K to 8K with a soft pull when I threatened to close all my accounts. I have a checkings, savings and CC with them. Next morning I called again becuase of a BT promo, this time they did a HP and I went to 15K.

135K for 2013. All my Direct Deposits are with BOA. As per Credit Analyst, existing relationship really helped.

Let's stay on topic, please.

OP,

My Siggy reports to all 3 and yes, they didn't in the past but that changed last year.
