BT payment checks to other CC companies - how viewed?

As Im paying down my repair bills from storm damage I have a BT that I want to use.  The BT offer came with a check for me to use.  If I send in that check as payment to my credit card company will it result in some kind of flag on my account? Do credit card companies look down upon BT's?  I will either use the check to pay Chase or GE.  Not sure yet.

Thanks for advice.

I've used bts for years. They don't care as long as your stats are in check, like util specifically... Just pay yo billz playa ;-)
