Bad Mood = Walmart Luv (YMMV)

Yesterday I was in a bad mood. I went onto the Walmart site to pay off my WM Discover card from a recent trip. My 4th statement is scheduled to cut in 10 days, but because I was cranky, I decided I was tired of waiting.

Hit the luv button.

$1500 increase!

I applied in late January, instantly approved for $1900. Called UW and got increased to $4k before card arrived. With a goal of $10k cl by Feb 2014, at $5500, I'm over 1/2 way!

Deets: My FICO TU 790 (as of this posting) . I've charged approx. $1000 each month and paid in full.

nope i haven't gotten a increase in a year every four month and no its stopped, i have 5 GEMB cards and none have increased, my credit has only got better....

Congrats! I am about to hit 4 months. My TU score was 520 when I was approved for my card. It is up over 100 pts now and I am going to try to make the leap from 400 to 1100 by calling them. The only thing is I have always paid in full before the statement date so they have yet to generate a statement for me. This should change this month where my statement will be for 1 dollar. I guess I am spending more as time goes by lol.
