Balance Transfer Options!

Good Afternoon,

As being new here, I'm going to get my feet wet in with my first question. I have open credit lines, some with usage, some with none. I am thinking about opening a Balance Transfer card but not sure if it is the right move. I have gotten prequalified offers from Citi for their Simplicity and Diamond Preferred cards. Have also looked at Bank of America. Any opinions? Looking to transfer 2/3 cards with smaller balances onto one as well as boost my total credit limit.

Re: Balance Transfer Options!

Citi Double Cash is no APR BT for 18 months. It pays out 2% for everything. Its a better long term card than the Simplicity which I believe doesn't earn anything.

Then from there once you get into the Citi ecosystem you can add the Citi Premier with its 1.25 redemption and 3x categories, then onto Citi Prestige which is 5x dine and 5x air travel.
