Balance Transfer Question

Hello -

I was recently approved for a couple credit cards w 0% balance transfer promotions. My question is, can I transfer a balance from a card where I’m only an authorized user to one of my new accounts in which im the primary?

Scenario -

CITI card in wife name (im AU) to Penfed CC (my account)

The receiving card doesn't care where the balance comes from. You could transfer a balance from *MY* card to your new card and it wouldn't matter. All the receiving card card about is the account number and payment address.
