It is on the website. BT's are historically available two to four months per year at the 2.99% fee. The rest of the year the rate has been 5.99%. The fee has not changed.

Yeah, that'll do it. They don't like that at all. (25% will work, but somewhere north of that they get squeamish.)

As is true of almost all credit, if you need it (to move high-interest CC debt to low-interest, in this case), it's hard to get it.
