Bank of America 30 day message?

So let me start by saying thanks wealth of knowledge everyone of you provide on a daily basis. This is my first post by the way. Some background info.
November: applied for Amex BCE approved 2000, Citi Diamond Preferred approve 1000, Lowes approved 800, Usaa World Mastercard approved 10,000. I knew I was pushing my luck but decided to apply for the Bank of America Visa Signature Rewards. I got a 30 day message. Was wondering which was this usually goes? My Fico on score watch is 676 and my utilization is not high. AAOA is about 2 years. I have 8 inquires. I have never done a recon and all approvals have been instant. Anyways is the BOA 30 day message bad? Do I have a shot? Thanks

Called and got response that application was still under review by card services... Guess I will just have to wait and see.

Well thanks for your help.. Denied! Too many new inquires and two baddies from 2007. The credit analyst was helpful and nice.

You were able to get approved with citi, amex, and USAA with those baddies?

Yes.. But have perfect credit since then. Paid two cars in full and a home. My wife just got a discover more with like 8 bad trade lines. I guess the income comes into account as well.

Well I have an update... BOA just called me and told me I have been approved after telling me two days ago I was not approved. Has anyone ever seen this?
