I have the BankAmericard Visa with no rewards which I am planning to change to the Travel Credit card. I am wondering if I will loose all my points.

The card have rewards which happen to use worldpoints. I am wondering if my 20k rewards from worldpoints will transfer.

Just PC BOA 123 to travel rewards, my 1200 points did carry over, BUT when they read the T&C while doing the PC, they did mention all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

Why not just redeem your points and then do the PC?

because I have cards that are better with travel redemption comapared to that card.

I don't have that card so I can't say with absolute certainty, but I do have the Travel Rewards version and I inquired about PC that card. I was told that I had to redeem them or I would loose them.

Check the T&C and ignore the front line CSR's as they are usally wrong.

OP, as mentioned upthread, if you PC out of the Worldpoints system, those points will be forfeited.  They will not transfer to any other BoA rewards system unless the PC happens to have the same WP ecosystem, which in most cases does not.  Either you can redeem them or forfeit them if you decide to pursue the PC.
