Does anyone have any phone numbers or email addresse's that might be usefull here?
I sent off a few emails about 2 hours ago and still no response.
I would really like to speak to someone other than the regular reps.
Navy Fed and USAA are both great to deal with.
I have nice high limits on the cards with no issues.
Maybe one of these numbers:

@Naptime: You might also google for telephone numbers for the office of the President and CEO, or more specifically, BoA's "Urgent Customer Relations Division", which is a unit of the Office of the President and CEO. I found at least one blog post from a couple of years ago saying that the accountholder had been able to get their problem resolved by emailing the CEO direct, having Urgent Customer Relations telephone them a few days later.
