my mom got this in the mail from boa me and my dad looked at it and shredded it. they have quite a bit of money in bank of america spread over money markets, cd's, interest bearing checking accounts...it didnt really look that appealing compared to their cash rewards card they got instead and they also have 5 credit cards with boa. they also have chase freedom, discover, and citi dividend

You stated that the cash rewards card was better.

It is my understanding that with the Privileges card;

the 50% bonus, should beat the plain cash rewards card.
