I have one but I don't want to do my financing Apple purchase until Black Friday for the sales. Will I have any issues doing that almost a month after getting the card? (Meaning will I still be able to get my 0% for 12 months)

if i remember right apple did not do that great of deals on black friday.

i just looked it up they offered 100 of a 1200 computer. i get the same discount using my company's corprate code. 20-30 off of ipods. no deals on new iphones.

when best buy had xbox's last year i got one. 250gb black with 2 free games for 300. i bought the original 360 20gb hdd and no games for 399.

if apple did something like 300 off a mac i would consider it but otherwise im staying away for the time being.

but to end my rant and end your question you should have no problem getting the finance.

Re: Barclay Apple

I wonder if they will further discount the employee purchase price my job gets?

Re: Barclay Apple

I was hoping to get a 27" iMac but Apple didn't update them before my 30 days ran out. Looks like that will happen in a few weeks so i might call to see if they can extend the offer to me if I purchase in Nov/Dec. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Re: Barclay Apple

Check past threads...several people have had success calling and asking for the financing offer on an Apple purchase after the first 30 days.  CSRs have said in multiple cases that they will do it on request.

Definitely call customer service and tell them you have an Apple purchase that you would like the 0% on.

Re: Barclay Apple

I literally just got approved about 10 minutes ago for a $2000 credit limit to purchase a new computer. I have been working on my credit for a little over a year, originally I was a law student with a ridiculous amount of debt (both student loans and credit card debt from college) and several accounts in collections. I have brought my score from a 501 up to EQ:   698,   TU:    704,    EXP:  700.

I am so excited! Yaaayyy!!! I finally have a more stable job now that I am out of law school, so I know that was a significant factor. But at least for me they were very easy to deal with! I did the online instant approval thing and I am thrilled!
