Barclay letter on denial

So the letter cam today and said lack of banking relationship,low credit and something about debt. Does not make sense because I have a chase card with a 5,000 and owe 278. I have other cards with no balance. The only thing that I can think of is my student loans which I will have with e for th next 30 years. I can't help that they are high. As for banking relationship I have an accounts with Bank of America, Credit union and TD Bank.

Yes, I called and they saidBon because my CC were so new as in just start opening accounts in June and I had baddies about 5 yearsago not CC.
