Barclay product change question

Is it possible to do a product change from the Barclay Carnival Card to the Barclay Rewards Card? If so, what are the steps to do it?

Why the Rewards card and not the Arrival card? When I apped for the Rewards card, I regreted it and now I want the Arrival lol.

If you're not looking for spending bonus's. Then the Rewards is fine, but 40K points is not bad from Barclay.
