Buddy you are full of it. My gf is an Attendee, in the past she was the CR. She is working in an under served area (which equates to more salary + bonus) with board certification in her specialty and after one year of job she is now making 169K. We live in top 3 big cities of US.... stating this just to defend the curve ball that this might be in a rural area.

Unless you are from Johns Hopkins cardio, Harvard Med cardio or neuro, there is no way you are going to see 300k+ salary in first 7-8 years of your job.
