From what I've read their UK cards do but not yet here in the US

i find it a little odd that a Euro based bank doesn't have any chips in its travel cards in their US wing.
Barclaycard Arrival chippy & siggy card is coming in the future, Barclays should be communicating more details this month about it

Capital One is the same, all of their UK cards are full chip&pin. But that's because the local markets demand it, in the US there is no such demand.
