While we are on the subject of Barlcays. Can someone confirm for certain that CLI's with Barclays are always HP unless it's auto CLI?
Yep, Barclays always does a HP for consumer initiated CLI requests.

+1
I applied today and also approved for $1000 after recon. Denial reasons listed were: Insufficient income, length of credit history and low limits on current cards.
TU was 682 including two COs(2007) and two CAs. (Settled in 2008/ 2011 in repayment).
The rep asked about my income $33,000 (wages+child support).
Student Loans $44,000, graduated this year and in deferment, will be IBR next yr.
COs and why it happened.
Noted my good payment history on two rebuilder cards that are 1yr old. ($500/550 limits)

that sucks Barclays is HP for CLI's!
Mustang my CrapOne CLI is my credit steps one on my 7th statement.
I'm using my Barclay apple heavily and paying it off. Not sure if I would even want a HP for a CLI.
I'm at $4200 CL already and from what I have seen this card doesnt go too high.
To be clear,
Barclay's HP for ***Customer initiated CLIs*** Barclay will auto CLI they do not HP for auto CLI's and according to the posters on this site they are frequent and robust CLI's. Patience is key!!!

Very nice! I prolly have a shot at that if I close out my other rebuilder cards and use them exclusively.
Could anyone tell me if Barclay's would approve a FiCO score of 650 for the apple financing? I tried calling several times but was told that the wait would be more than 45 min to an hour. Before applying and getting an unnecessary inquiry as I'm trying to rebuild I thought some of you knowledgeable people might be able to give some insight. I appreciate the help.
CONGRATULATIONS LS2982!!!
