Does anyone know if the 5% back on book purchases (limited to $750 spend per month I think) include all purchases on amazon?
bump
overall no.
I made one purchase with mine and it was just regular cash back. From what I've read YMMV though.

from what some people posted on FT, it includes amazon, marketplace and kindle purchases.
Prime subscription payment, and certain stuff such as Amazon payments, do not qualify for the 5%.
Not entirely sure though, since I don't have the card.
My understanding is that t's all Amazon merchandise purchases. I sure hope so, that's the whole reason I got the darn thing.
My amazon purchases have been 5% so far.
