Belk Card

Yesterday I received a pre-approved offer for the Belk Rewards Card.... I had tried multiple times for this card... each time declined.. now all of a sudden a pre-approval... thanks but no thanks.....Woman Frustratedpfft..

I goyt a pre approved offer in the mail, I think they are opening a new store in Dallas
