Major elemination factors Sl & benifits
Major elimination factor for JetBlue is: Barclays Bank.
Delta Platinum ( vs Delta Gold ) works best if you fly Delta more frequently. The Companion Pass is good for 48-congituous states, and becomes available after your first year is completed. So Delta Platinum does not work best as a "sign up and close" sort of account, it should be a long-term intent card.
Depending on how long you have had your AMEX Platinum, more time will help to improve your starting line on the Delta Platinum.
But each of the cards, if you fly reguarly with each airline, has it's own set of perks that can make it worthwhile to get. If you are choosing between each airline by price on each flight, then consider whether both cards make sense to hold.
So that usually becomes the central clarifying question: How often do you fly each of JetBlue and Delta? (or any other airline you are considering the card).
i fly jet blue more their plane interior fist class is better than delta too me jet blue seems more luxury
i fly maybe 5-10 times a year the most

Given your preference for Jet Blue, what do you see as the value proposition in getting a Delta card?
Home airport? Do you usually fly with a companion or solo? Does one airline fly out of a terminal with superior lounge options?
One factor potentially in favor of the Delta Platinum is that you already have an Amex Platinum. You'd combine free bags and a companion pass with SkyClub access.
That said, not many SkyClubs merit a $29 guest fee.
not enough to justify the annual fee i can tell you that much

Maybe I’m not understanding this correctly, but if you don’t see enough value in the Delta card to justify the annual fee then why even consider it ?
Things are the things to consider when picking a airline CC
Home airport/ connecting airports
Route Network
Airline miles
Will I fly enough to justify any AF
CC perks
I have The Delta Platinum and I think Its worth getting it just by the Companion pass alone with My amex Platinum its a great combo for Delta Airline Gift Cards and free check bags and Skylounge Access.....Still Cant get over how many AF cards cards you have......ShadowFactor.
