Best Buy Store Card CLI - Still Soft?

So it has been about 7 months since my last luv button hit for my Best Buy Store Card (NOT the Mastercard) and my CL went from $2,000 to $2,600. Looking to hit the luv button again, but want to confirm with others who have the store card and got luv recently that it was a soft pull and not a hard pull.

I'm at 5 and a half Months and just tried to hit the luv button but got a message saying the site is experiencing technical difficutling and to try again later. I'll give it another try tomorrow.
