Best Buy cards are switching to Capital One Tomorrow

I work at a Best Buy and we threw away all our old HSBC applications and replaced them with Capital One apps. Starting tomorrow, all credit card applications will be processed by Capital One.

For current BB cardholders, will they send us new cards in the mail, or a new account disclosures privacy agreement?

That i'm not sure of. I'll try to find out tomorrow. Since it's Capital One now, I wonder if this means that Best Buy card apps will hard pull all 3 CRAs.

Now, I've got to know, when you discarded the applications, did you do so at the store closing? And you take any last time HSBC apps?

We got rid of them at store closing. I didn't even know until one of my co-workers came with a cart full of applications and told me why he's taking them.

We still took HSBC apps today btw.

That means now since I have a BB mastercard, i can practically kiss any CLI goodbye

I just tried to check my account activity online at bbrzmc site and the site is down, unavailable aint this peculiar I wonder if things are switching over online as well, what surprise is waiting once the site is back up, is anyone else who has a bbrzmc noticing this too when logging in?

I'm waiting with baited breath to see how this affects my DH's account, if at all. We'll see...
