Naaah, I received a pre approval letter but the APR was 15.9%  - No way!

Can you have orchard card and best buy card both at the sametime?I think you cant have 2 hsbc card at the sametime.

I wonder if HSBC normally pulls transunion in ND anyone know if this is who they normally pull  I see there is an inquiry on my report from them(soft pull).
