Blue cash Amex card question!!?

Was wondering if anyone knows if Coborns grocery store quailfy for 3 percent cash back?? What is the transcation suppose to say mine says merchant/supplier-groceries but on my discover it card it says supermarket!! Thanks

Sounds right.  That's what groceries looks like on my Amex account.

Different issuers may have different names for a given category.

Thank you been stressing because thats my grocery store in my town!!  Got approved for 10,000 a couple weeks ago biggest credit limit I have!!

No need to stress, it causes snoring.  I was the same way when I first got my BCE, a few statements later you won't be checking anymore.

I've been doing the same stressing, especially since I've only cut one statement since opening the card & are thus as of yet unable to see any posted rewards to verify stores eligibility yet. Did get a csr to confirm I did show a pending balance of so many rewards dollars before forcing myself to stop obsessing and just wait for the details to post

Supermarkets on my AMEX card all say "Merchandise & Supplies - Groceries." This category seems to be pretty wide open. I think you'll be fine.

Department stores, on the other hand, are trickier. Not all merchants categorized as "Merchandise & Supplies - Department Stores" qualify for the extra reward.
