I got approved for the BoA Americard Privileges with a $9,000 limit, with a Trans Union FICO of 675, but no negatives on my TU... Hope it helps you making a decision.

I have not finished reading the thread but I suggest do not waste the hard pull inquiry. I think BOA will deny you. I assume this based on 1) too many inquiries 2) too many delinquient/negative accounts 3) too many new accounts with less than 6 months history. This is also based on my own experience with BOA.

Take time to build history with your new cards.
