BoA limit reallocating question

Can I do this with new accounts or do I have to wait 6 months like some others? Thanks.

I've never heard of BoA having a timing restriction on reallocations. They often do it automatically when opening new accounts if they feel you are already at max exposure. So even if it's voluntary I don't see why they would make you wait.

I did it with a brand new BoA account about six months ago. They required me to leave $500 of CL on the old card. I don't know if CLIs are flowing as easily as they have been (seems unlikely, but haven't had much time to be on here in a while), but I got one 90 days later on that same card.
